Awesome Place to Workout!

I love kickboxing at the Attleboro Falls location is a fantastic place to workout! The instructors are not only motivating but they also keep the classes fun and spirited. The workouts are fun yet challenging and the instructors keep it interesting by changing the workouts so you never know what to expect! They also do different contests such as the Wall Sit Challenge and the Plank Challenge and love to keep the spirit up! I highly recommend trying a class to see if it is for you!
