If you're looking to change up your routine, check this place out. There's a 15 minute warm up, followed up stretching then the kickboxing rounds, including working with a partner that helps keep you accountable. It's not easy; I'd recommend trying this out if you've been somewhat active in the past few months or weeks as it could be too much for those just starting out at first but I promise you won't be disappointed. It is worth the investment of your time and money!
