Amazing Classes!
Ok as an athlete and a pretty active person I am always looking for great, new and different ways to get and stay in shape. The experience that I have had at ILKB is nothing short of amazing!
Like most I purchased the web special for my trial, patiently waited for my call to set up my first class; along with over 2000 others; got my call set up my first class and in I came. The instructors and staff were extremely welcoming even though there were a TON of people there. We had an intro session talked about our goals in small groups and then had the first hour long workout . . . AMAZING!! The hour flew by, I was glowing with sweat and I felt phenomenal!! One of the best workouts I've ever experienced. I was hooked immedietely.
Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I've lost inches and pounds off of all my hard to reach areas, I'm gaining muscle and I feel amazing! ALL of the instructors are great and I'm so happy I have this in my life!
