Love this Place!

Absolutely love coming here! I've never been someone who would keep up with a workout routine but I enjoy kickboxing so much, it doesn't feel like a normal workout. The first portion is conditioning, which is super tough, but after that it's all kickboxing. I love it! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have. They are motivating without being mean. I couldn't recommend it enough!
