ILoveKickBoxing in Hamilton is an amazing program!! The instructors are full of energy and you feel part of the family immediately. They take the time during your first class to teach you each move, so you don't feel overwhelmed and can learn proper form. I was hooked during the first class. Take advantage of the promos available after your first class. I look forward to going -- each day is different and keeps you engaged!! The hours are convenient and the people awesome!!
